Want to exercise but have no idea where to begin? Need help with motivation and proper form? We can work one on one or in small groups providing custom workouts designed to help you reach your fitness goals.  Several locations available, in-home, private studio, and local gyms to name a few. We have options of ladies only, as well as co-ed personal training.


Online Training

Not local or travel a lot but still want to be a part of something great? Short on time and need a flexible training schedule? Online Personal Training might just be for you! With our custom fitness app you can check in and see your workouts daily, track progress, build confidence with accountability and support, all with your very own Certified Personal Trainer helping you along the way!



TWITCH Fitness has been training diverse groups and special needs populations since 2011. We strive to meet the personal training needs of anyone interested and take pride in building lasting relationships. TWITCH is an acronym for Teaching Wellness In The Community & Home. I have been working out with Sandy for over two years. She is always good about working with my schedule. She can tailor workouts to fit your ability and fitness level and even adjust for injuries or chronic conditions. I am certainly in much better all around condition and have so much more energy and stamina now. Sandy has made me more aware of my food and nutrition choices. She is the first trainer I have ever used and I have no intentions of stopping or ever using anyone else. I highly recommend her.

I have been working out with Sandy on and off for the last 10 years! She's been awesome at adjusting workouts based on previous surgeries and making sure I am comfortable while still getting a hard workout. I also like the education she presents me with each time.
