3 Tips for A Better Lifestyle: Part 3

Welcome to this Part 3 of a multi-part series focused on tips you may consider implementing to have a better life. If you have not seen Parts 1&2 of this series yet, I am encouraging you to do so as I feel those tips will help you as well.

This part is focused on staying positive and motivated. If you have read the first two parts of this series then I am going to sound like broke record here but, these tips I share are the very things that I do myself. So I can assure you that I am speaking from my experience and if you can relate and need more information on exact details as to how I implement these tips, I can be booked to coach you through the process as it fits your life. Now this is not a shameless plug for my services, but my intent is to let you know that if you have questions as to how to implement, I’m not just someone who picked some tips out of the sky just to get a blog written. My purpose on this earth is to help others live a positive, purposeful life so they can be strong pillars in their homes and communities. Now on to the tips.

1. Focus on Avoiding Negativity! — There are many things around you that can easily help you become or stay negative. People, things, environment, and your own thoughts are some of the most common contributors. For this point, I am going to sum them all up and use the term negative energy. So you have to focus on avoiding negative energy. There will be things that will come up that you can’t avoid like sickness, deaths, and some conflict but I think you know that I am talking about the things you can avoid if you wanted too. Remember that negativity blinds you, distracts you, and severely limits you from reaching your full potential.

2. Focus on Keeping a Positive Attitude! — This just makes sense right, if attitude was a coin with one side reading focus on avoiding negativity, the other would have to read focus on positivity. Focusing on having a positive attitude will possibly mean that you will have to adjust some morning habits. Getting the right start is super important. Also, a positive attitude is the building block for self-motivation. You can’t always choose or control your circumstance, but can choose your attitude towards your circumstances.

3. Keep Motivators Around You! — It becomes easier to keep a positive attitude and easier to keep negative energy away when you motivators around you most of the time. Motivators may be people, places, or things. Motivators have also been old failures that turned into learning moments. One of the things I implement is a vision board in my office that consist of images that motivate me to do the not so glamorous things in my business and life..

I challenge you to consider these three tips and how you will implement these into your life today. In the next part of this series I will continue with 3 more tips that me and other successful people use to create a better lifestyle. Also, if you need help implementing the details of these tips, please don’t hesitate to contact Coach Sandy or me and we will be happy to set up a time to talk with you.
